We are looking for a product-focused full-stack engineer to join us in revolutionizing the recruiting industry.

We need someone with 2+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end and who loves owning a codebase top to bottom. You should be comfortable working at early-stage startups and/or be a tinkerer-builder, often hacking products on your own or with friends. Bonus points if you have prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.

What you'll do:

- Speak with our customers of all sizes on a daily basis - Design and build products from end to end that recruiters and customers love to use - Work closely with recruiters to learn and develop tools to make them 10x more efficient - Automate our internal marketplace operations - Build integrations that helps embed Paraform more deeply into existing systems - Growth engineering (SEO, billing, signups, activations, etc)
