The full description
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to own enterprise client implementations in the auto lending space. You'll be the primary technical partner for Fortune 500 lenders, project managing deployments of Axle's insurance data API from pilot through launch and beyond — identifying new deployment opportunities within accounts as you go.
**What will you be doing?**
• Project manage end-to-end API deployments for auto lending clients, running weeklies/bi-weeklies to track action items, remove blockers, and hit launch timelines
• Serve as the primary day-to-day technical partner for enterprise clients post-sales, ensuring successful implementation and pilot success
• Take design decisions and requirements from the forward-deployed product team and translate them into executed deployments
• Identify and drive additional deployment opportunities within existing accounts alongside the deployment strategist
• Define and track success metrics, codify design decisions, and manage dependencies across client stakeholders
**Key Requirements**
• Auto lending industry experience (loan origination systems, auto finance companies, or adjacent automotive companies)
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Program Manager, Solutions Engineer, or implementation-focused role) — not pure account management
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to get hands-on debugging and working through technical integration challenges
• Elite project management skills — proven ability to drive complex enterprise implementations to completion
• Ready to work at a fast-paced startup; must be in-person 4 days/week in NYC (Flatiron/NoMad) or Atlanta (West Midtown)
