Software Engineer, Product

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 0-5 years of experience to join our 15-person engineering team and build the AI-powered workflows that save doctors hours of documentation time every day. You're a generalist who thrives across the full stack: comfortable with backend services, streaming architecture, web apps, and mobile. You use AI tooling effectively and understand that generating code is cheap but planning, reviewing, and shipping quality software requires real judgment. DeepScribe is profitable, cash-flow positive, and trusted by some of the largest healthcare organizations in the US: including 40% of cancer patients flowing through our platform.

What will you be doing?

- Build full-stack features across backend services, streaming audio architecture, desktop/iOS apps, and web services using TypeScript and Python on AWS

- Work across the entire product surface: there are no hard lines between product engineering, AI engineering, and EHR integrations; most impactful features span all three

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, clinical experts, and go-to-market teams to ship client-facing products that clinicians actually adopt

- Contribute to a fast-moving, scrappy team where everyone does infrastructure, frontend, and has exposure to AI and EHR systems
