What you'll do: - Build customer-facing features from API design through UI polish - Improve product performance, reliability, and observability - Mentor mid-level engineers and shape technical direction - Help us scale our infra as we grow
What we're looking for: - 5+ years of professional software engineering - Strong TypeScript / React experience and comfort with backend systems - Bias toward shipping, comfort with ambiguity - Excited to work in a hybrid setup (2 days/week in SF)
Bonus: - Experience with Prisma / Postgres / tRPC - Past role at an early-stage startup
