The full description
We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join an elite early-stage team building the platform that runs autonomous AI agents inside the world's largest enterprises. You'll have unusually high ownership — architecture decisions you make in your first quarter will still be load-bearing in two years, and there's virtually nothing between you and changing the direction of the platform.
What will you be doing?
- Building and owning core components of Varick OS — the platform where all client agents are spun up, monitored, optimized, and deployed
- Building actual client agent implementations on top of the platform and managing their deployment and operations
- Designing features at the product level (thinking about what users need) while implementing them on the backend
- Shipping into enterprise client environments — packaging, deploying, and versioning across single-tenant deployments
- Identifying problems and solving them with high autonomy — no one tells you what to do, you own the direction
