Senior/Staff Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our pivotal transition from security compliance to pure AI and cybersecurity. We need a product-focused generalist and a hacker at heart who can move quickly and take ownership without a ton of oversight. You will be instrumental in building out our new cybersecurity tooling for the United States federal defense industrial base.

What will you be doing?

- Develop full-stack features for cutting-edge, experimental products on our Horizon team or foundational infrastructure on our Atlas team. - Work across the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and optimization, sometimes stepping into a product management role. - Build with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails, with opportunities to work with modern languages like Rust or Node.js on new defense-focused products. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers in a fast-paced, iterative environment to maintain high-quality standards. - Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, helping to shape our team's culture and advance their skills.
