Senior/Staff Product Engineer

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join as a founding member of a small, senior engineering team building the fastest-growing financial platform for small and medium-sized businesses. You'll have an outsized voice in shaping the product roadmap, defining user experiences, and making consequential decisions at a company with indefinite runway, five founder exits, and a major enterprise customer already in production.

What will you be doing?

- Defining and prioritizing what to build next — shaping the product roadmap with a strong user-advocacy lens

- Designing end-to-end user experiences for new features and products, from UX decisions through success metrics

- Building interactive, consumer-grade interfaces using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL • Tracking and measuring the impact of product changes — running experiments, analyzing user behavior, and iterating based on data

- Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and solicit feedback

Key Requirements

- Has owned a user-facing product surface end-to-end and made consequential product decisions (not just taking tickets off a board)

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern browser/front-end technology — has actually built things, not just prompted AI

- Consumer-facing or SMB-facing product experience at scale, with evidence of tracking metrics and understanding whether changes worked

- Mix of environments: some experience in a rigorous/scaled company AND some experience where decisions were consequential (startup, founding team, or small team ownership)

- Must be US-based (physically located in the US) and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
