The full description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join as an early builder at a fast-growing AI data infrastructure company. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous features end-to-end, make architectural calls that keep the team shipping quickly, and serve as a force multiplier for a small, high-caliber engineering team building the platform that powers data pipelines for top frontier AI labs.
What will you be doing?
• Own end-to-end development of the platform that automates data production pipelines for frontier AI labs — building what's needed to scale to $1B ARR with under 100 people
• Make architectural and design decisions independently, raising the quality bar for how the product looks, feels, and performs
• Serve as a technical lead for a small pod of 2-3 engineers, mentoring and unblocking teammates
• Work directly with operations teams to identify high-leverage problems and translate them into product solutions
• Leverage AI coding tools daily to multiply your output while critically evaluating their results
