The full description

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer with 4+ years of experience to own application security for a rapidly scaling AI platform serving enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a strong software engineer who wants to work in security – or an experienced AppSec engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll partner directly with product engineering teams to build security into the software development lifecycle, shape security practices across a growing org, and protect sensitive customer data at scale. The team is flexible and values engineers who can move quickly with high ownership.

What you will be doing

- Designing and implementing application security controls across a multi-tenant AI agent platform – including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management

- Partnering closely with product engineering teams to integrate security throughout the SDLC, from design through deployment

- Building security tooling and automation that enables developers to ship fast while identifying and remediating vulnerabilities quickly

- Leading security code reviews and architecture assessments for new features, with focus on AI model integration points and customer data handling

- Responding to security incidents involving application vulnerabilities and driving post-incident improvements
