What you would be doing

  • Own positioning and messaging for Timescapes across segments (GCs, owners, developers), personas (Project Managers, Digital Teams), and geographies (NZ, Australia, Canada, US)
  • Build the product marketing function from the ground up — audit what exists, define the playbook, and execute against it
  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for new product launches, partner launches, and feature releases across four markets
  • Own the sales enablement programme end-to-end: battlecards, competitive objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and ongoing deal coaching
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to shape how top construction companies discover and adopt Timescapes
  • Design and ship AI workflows that make product marketing dramatically more effective — competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement generation
  • Lead the upcoming website rebuild, owning the positioning and messaging strategy
  • Maintain deep understanding of the construction technology landscape, synthesizing customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into actionable insights
  • Build a library of compelling customer evidence and nurture customer advocates for reference programmes, case studies, and events
  • Coach and advise the regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning across their demand gen channels

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 5-8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company who has built a product marketing function from scratch and led end-to-end go-to-market launches. You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and leadership, and have a track record of translating complex products into crisp positioning and messaging that drives pipeline. Bonus points if you have experience in construction tech, proptech, or marketing to technical/field-based buyers.
