Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5-10 years of experience to own and drive a new AI-powered document intelligence product line at Owl.co, the leading Claims Intelligence platform for North America's largest insurers. You'll be the first PM on the ground, defining success metrics, running POCs with enterprise customers, and taking the product from early traction to scale. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and a new data team — reporting directly to the CEO. What will you be doing?

- Own the roadmap for Owl's new document understanding product (Bluejay) — including document summaries, artifact generation, AI-assisted chat, and task management features

- Define and establish KPIs and success metrics for the new product line from scratch

- Run proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise insurance carriers and iterate based on customer feedback

- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and data teams to ship features that delight enterprise customers

- Move fluidly between long-term strategy and hands-on execution, bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving Series B environment
