Senior Product Engineer

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own features end-to-end – from backend architecture to the UI your users interact with – at a fast-moving LegalTech startup transforming U.S. immigration. This is a backend-leaning full-stack role where you'll work directly with the founding team and sit alongside the internal legal team to ship AI-powered tools that make their lives dramatically better. You must be AI-native – meaning Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex are already core to how you build and ship daily. We need someone with a strong pedigree (FAANG-tier company, top startup, or founder experience), a relentless work ethic, and the energy to thrive in a 50–60+ hour week environment.

What you will be doing

- Owning features end-to-end – designing APIs, building database schemas, and shipping the React frontend that users interact with

- Sitting directly with the internal legal team to understand their workflows and building tools that save them hours every day – no PM buffer in between

- Leveraging AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a primary way of shipping production code at 5–10x speed

- Building and iterating on AI-powered product features on top of LLMs and ML models

- Working closely with the founding team and external customers to rapidly ship and improve a platform serving high-stakes immigration cases
