What you would be doing
- Design new user interaction flows for an AI-powered time-tracking product where users interact with system-generated content — a genuinely novel UX challenge
- Take ownership of the full design lifecycle end-to-end: work isn't done in Figma, it's done when users see it and love it
- Talk directly with lawyers, firm administrators, engineers, and the GTM team — watch people work, identify problems worth solving, and translate insights into shipped features
- Help evaluate and establish new product lines, including defining the right abstractions for a firm intelligence platform built on top of core time-tracking
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma (and ideally explore AI-assisted design tools like Claude Design and Claude Code) to communicate and validate ideas quickly
- Work closely with engineers through implementation and launch, navigating real trade-offs around engineering constraints and resources
- Meaningfully contribute to team composition by interviewing future designers and engineers
