Senior Partner

We are looking for a Senior Partner with 12-20+ years of experience to serve as a founding rainmaker at Germany's first AI-native law firm. You'll bring your established book of business (€1M+) onto a proprietary agentic platform, act as the face of the firm in the market, and unlock cross-sell opportunities across your client network - all while holding meaningful equity in a technology company valued at 10-30x revenue.

What will you be doing?

- Helping shape the firm's growth trajectory from 40 clients toward Series A

- Bringing your portable book of business onto Compound Law's platform and continuing to serve your existing clients

- Acting as a market-facing credibility engine - opening top-of-funnel through your PE/VC and mid-market network

- Cross-selling commercial and compliance services into your client base

- Working with the founding team to move recurring matters onto the AI agent platform for automation

Key Requirements

- German-qualified Volljurist with a portable book of €1M+ that is personally held

- Strong network into private equity firms, mid-market companies, or similar client base that unlock cross-sell into commercial/compliance work

- Recurring, automatable work in the book (commercial contracts, IT & data, corporate/VC, regulatory) — not litigation-only

- Genuine belief in the AI-native law firm model and the equity story - culture fit and conviction are non-negotiable

- Native-level German for client work; professional English
