Senior Mobile Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to own the mobile engineering suite at a mission-driven Series A fintech building financial tools for immigrants in the US. You'll be the senior mobile hire on a tight-knit team of 40, working closely with founders and engineering leadership to shape the product that powers banking for millions of Latino families. This is a founding-level opportunity with significant ownership, strong equity upside ahead of an imminent Series B, and the chance to drive technical decisions in a company growing 20%+ month over month.

What will you be doing?

- Own the entire mobile engineering function: taking mobile development off the front-end team's plate and driving it forward independently

- Build and ship new features in React Native across iOS and Android, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams

- Define mobile architecture patterns, tooling, and processes that enable the team to ship fast without sacrificing quality

- Work cross-functionally as a senior leader within the engineering org: managing stakeholders, presenting ideas, and pushing the business forward
