The full description

We are looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join California's top HOA law firm and handle all aspects of litigation for community associations statewide. This is an opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized experts in homeowner association law, with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate.

What will you be doing?

- Handling full-cycle litigation including complaints, motions, discovery, and court appearances on behalf of HOA clients

- Managing your own caseload independently with minimal supervision, responding to client needs within 24 hours

- Representing homeowner associations in matters spanning real estate, construction defect, creditor-side bankruptcy, and judgment collections

- Collaborating with managing partners to learn the firm's specialized HOA practice area and Davis-Stirling Act applications

- Meeting 1,800 billable hours annually while maintaining high-quality written work product

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of concentrated litigation experience with mastery of nuts-and-bolts litigation (full cycle through trial)

- Excellent legal writing skills — a writing sample will be required during the interview process

- Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement; must follow direction and produce near-final quality drafts

- Active California Bar membership

- Experience in real estate law, construction defect, creditor-side bankruptcy, corporate governance, or community association law is a strong plus
