We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with ~5 years of B2B growth marketing experience to supercharge our acquisition engine and diversify our channel mix. FullEnrich's current channels are working — but we need someone to make them run much faster, open new ones, and lift visit-to-signup conversion from ~2% to 3%+. You'll be a force multiplier who thinks in leaps, not nudges, and who ships fast, measures everything, and raises the bar for the entire team. This is the scope of a "Head of Growth" at most companies twice our size, with real ownership of budget, roadmap, agencies, and the website.
What will you be doing?
- Scaling existing acquisition channels for more volume and better efficiency while testing and launching new channels (paid, community, partnerships, events) — killing what doesn't work and doubling down on what does
- Owning fullenrich.com as a conversion surface: running a continuous CRO cadence on high-traffic pages, the signup path, and pricing to drive visit-to-qualified-signup improvements
- Directing paid media and SEO/GEO agencies — setting targets, challenging their work, and integrating their output into your experimentation system
- Unifying organic and paid into one acquisition system where learnings flow both directions, ensuring they never run as separate silos
- Cracking AI platform visibility (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) so FullEnrich shows up when buyers ask "what's the best enrichment tool" — and building a repeatable content engine that creates demand
