**About the Role** You'll lead development of the developer platform (dashboard, SDK, API infrastructure) that makes the protocol accessible to developers. Go on the backend, modern frontend on top. No crypto experience required.

**Responsibilities** - Lead the technical direction of the developer platform: dashboard, SDK, and API infrastructure. - Build and maintain production Go backend services. - Ship polished frontend experiences (React/Next.js). - Build visualization tools for monitoring policy enforcement and network activity. - Collaborate with protocol engineers on developer-friendly abstractions and documentation.

**Required Skills** A. 7+ years of full stack engineering experience, operating at a staff level. B. Production Golang experience - hard requirement. C. Strong frontend skills with modern frameworks (React, Next.js). D. Experience with backend services, databases, and systems design; solid cloud infrastructure understanding.

**Bonus Skills** - AWS & Kubernetes familiarity. - Web3/crypto experience (explicitly not required). - Compliance, dev tools, or security domain exposure.

**Green Flags** - Equally credible across backend Go and frontend — not a specialist wearing a full stack label. - Has owned a developer-facing product (dashboard, SDK, API) end to end. - Thrives in a small, high-trust team.

**Red Flags** - No production Go experience (willingness to learn is no longer enough). - Frontend-only or backend-only profiles. - Can't genuinely sustain EST working hours.
