We are looking for a Securities Litigation Associate with 3-4+ years of experience to join one of the nation's top plaintiff securities firms and prosecute high-profile class action cases on behalf of institutional investors. This is a growth hire for a team that litigates against the largest defense firms in the country — we need a high-caliber, creative attorney who is passionate about plaintiff-side work.

What will you be doing?

- Litigating securities class action cases through the full case lifecycle — from complaint through resolution

- Drafting briefs, motions, and legal arguments with exceptional writing and analytical rigor

- Developing creative legal theories and arguments to advance cases against major defense firms

- Collaborating closely with partners as a true team member on case strategy

- Conducting legal research on evolving securities case law and applying it to active matters

Key Requirements

- 3-4+ years of securities litigation experience (defense-side experience welcome and encouraged)

- Exceptional brief writing skills — this is non-negotiable

- Strong analytical skills with the creativity to develop novel legal arguments

- Genuine interest in plaintiff-side work representing institutional investors

- Stable employment history — no job hopping; high-caliber firm background preferred
