The full description

We are looking for an Product Manager for AI Education with 5+ years of experience to keep an already AI-native organization at the cutting edge as models and tools evolve weekly. You are someone who lives at the frontier of AI — running agents, building workflows, and forming sharp opinions on what actually matters with each new model release. You'll own how every person at Basis (a $1B+ AI platform for accounting) learns, adapts, and works alongside agents. This is not an introductory training role — you'll be pushing an advanced team even further and inventing the playbook for how humans and AI collaborate at scale.

What will you be doing?

- Designing and delivering company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable behavior change — not just attendance

- Staying at the absolute frontier of AI capabilities — testing new models on release day, building with them, and translating insights into actionable guidance for engineers and non-engineers alike

- Embedding directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and ensure adoption compounds across the organization

- Translating frontier AI techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable systems that a fast-growing company handling sensitive data can trust

- Building skills, agents, and internal tools that teach people in the flow of work — creating zero-human loops where possible and freeing teams for higher-level work
