The full description

We are looking for a founding Product Leader with 5+ years of experience to own Minerva's product roadmap from the ground up. You are a technically fluent, metrics-driven builder who has shipped products in data infrastructure, identity, or API-first platforms — someone who thinks in schemas and match rates just as naturally as they think in features and funnels. This is a rare zero-to-one opportunity to shape how an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform evolves at scale.

What will you be doing?

- Own the full product roadmap — from API schema design and match rate optimization to integrations and the decisioning platform

- Define Minerva's data model strategy: coverage, latency, freshness, and identity resolution quality at 250M+ profile scale

- Lead the integration ecosystem across Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, CDPs, ad platforms, and data warehouse ETL

- Build the path from the current data API and enrichment product toward a full intelligence and decisioning layer

- Run a tight feedback loop with revenue, data science, and engineering to translate field insights into roadmap decisions

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of product experience, with meaningful time at a data infrastructure, identity, enrichment, or API-first company

- Fluency in data schemas, match rates, coverage gaps, and latency — not just features

- Track record building or scaling API-first products used by technical buyers (engineers, data scientists, RevOps)

- Experience working in-person at a small, fast-moving startup where everyone builds

- Strong written communication — able to write tight PRDs, clear API specs, and compelling customer-facing changelogs
