You'll work on a product that sits inside live enterprise implementations, used by consultants managing multi-million dollar projects under real deadline pressure. The feedback loop is tight, the stakes are high, and the surface area is large.
You bring strong engineering fundamentals and take best practices seriously. You use AI tooling to move faster without cutting corners, treating it as a force multiplier rather than a shortcut. And while you're a strong individual contributor who can drive a feature from zero to production on your own, you make the people around you better.
