Product Engineer - AI

We are looking for 1-4 years of experience and the capability to own and rapidly build core product surfaces at an AI-native expert network disrupting a massive market. You're a high-trajectory generalist: someone who deeply understands business context, identifies user problems with data, and ships solutions fast using AI-assisted development. You'll work alongside a platform engineering team and founding team at a 12-person, revenue-positive startup backed by $7M in seed funding, where iteration cycles are measured in hours, not weeks.

What will you be doing?

- Deeply understanding user needs and product/business context to identify what to build: then building it yourself using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code)

- Owning entire product surfaces end-to-end: from requirements and specs to shipping working solutions with rapid iteration cycles

- Engaging directly with clients (consulting firms, PE investors) to uncover pain points and translate them into product improvements

- Collaborating with the platform engineering team and CTO through design and code reviews while maintaining high build velocity

- Testing, debugging, and iterating on AI agents and workflows that power the expert sourcing and interview pipeline
