We are looking for a Product Engineer with 3+ years of experience to own and ship products on our AI-native platform for waste haulers. You'll join a small, fast-moving team fresh off a Series A, working directly with customers to understand their problems and build polished production solutions. This is a high-ownership role where you'll take features from customer feedback all the way to shipped product. We need someone with excellent product and design taste who thrives in a B2B vertical SaaS environment and is all-in on building with AI.

What will you be doing?

- Own entire products on the platform end-to-end — from customer discovery through to production deployment

- Spend significant time with customers directly, understanding their problems and translating feedback into shipped features

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and PMs to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions

- Maintain a high bar for engineering and product quality while shipping at startup velocity

- Build and optimize complex business workflow software (billing, logistics, CRM) for blue-collar industries
