We are looking for a Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager, Integrations with 0 - 2 years of experience to become a deep product expert and help us scale. We are looking for a sharp, semi-technical generalist who is excited to dive deep into API documentation and nerd out on the details. This role is being hired to own the product research, QA, and documentation that is currently handled by our Technical PMs and Solutions Engineers, allowing us to ship high-quality products faster. This is an execution-focused role with a potential growth path to a Product Manager position.
What you will do:
- Become a deep expert on every system we integrate with, including ERPs, field tools, and accounting platforms by diving into their APIs and documentation.
- Write precise, engineer-ready specifications for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Design and execute thorough test plans before features ship to catch edge cases and ensure quality.
