Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney (Pre-Litigation) [Irvine, CA]

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement at a rapidly growing national PI firm. You'll join a collaborative, high-accountability team that has grown from ~20 people to nearly 100 — with real opportunities to build your career while making a direct impact on clients' lives.

What will you be doing?

- Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement

- Developing case strategy, analyzing medical records, and building demand packages

- Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize case value

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients — setting expectations and keeping them informed throughout the process

- Collaborating closely with legal assistants, case managers, and lien negotiators to drive cases forward

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (this is non-negotiable)

- Active attorney in good standing, barred in California

- Stable work history — no short-stint job hopping (e.g., multiple moves within months)

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage and push cases forward

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
