Demi AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition end to end, with Meta as the primary channel and Google as a strong secondary. This is a hands-on, in-the-account founding growth role at an early-stage AI startup backed by Kleiner Perkins and Nexus. The person will build campaign structure, launch tests, read data, make budget calls, and improve the system every week — operating directly in Meta Ads and Google Ads daily from day one.
