What you would be doing

  • Draft and turn around transactional documents (SPAs, asset purchase agreements, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, ancillary acquisition docs)
  • Join Zoom calls with clients
  • Receive direct partner mentorship
  • Coordinate closing documents, manage changes, and keep deals moving
  • Interface with opposing counsel and clients regularly

We are looking for a strong mid-level litigation associate with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic Litigation Group. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring younger lawyers, and can manage cases from inception through trial.

What will you be doing?

- Manage complex litigation cases from start to finish.

- Draft and respond to pleadings, handle discovery, and make court appearances.

- Serve as the point of contact for clients and opposing counsel, guiding strategic decisions.

- Act as an internal resource, providing litigation expertise to our real estate and corporate transactional groups.

- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, paralegals, and assistants on various matters.

Key Requirements

- 6-8 years of strong litigation experience.

- First or second chair trial experience is highly preferred.

- Background in real estate litigation and/or shareholder/partner disputes is a plus.

- Exceptional legal writing, research, and client communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and run cases independently.
