We are looking for a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant with 7+ years of experience to provide essential administrative support to attorneys and paralegals within the Intellectual Property litigation practice group at a distinguished Silicon Valley law firm. You'll be a proactive partner to legal teams, ensuring compliance with court rules, managing case deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in document preparation.

What will you be doing?

- Providing meticulous document formatting, proofreading, and editing of litigation documents for court filings (State and Federal)

- Managing attorney calendars, scheduling hearings, calculating court deadlines, and calendaring depositions and discovery deadlines

- Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and binders for hearings, trials, and meetings

- Handling e-filing in Bay Area State Courts, Federal Courts, and Appellate Courts

- Supporting client communications, travel coordination, timekeeping, and invoice processing for assigned attorneys

Key Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of litigation administrative assistant experience, with significant Federal Court experience

- Strong knowledge of civil litigation calendaring, court filing, motions, discovery, and litigation documentation

- Familiarity with Intellectual Property and class action litigation

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting pleadings, TOC/TOA, redlining), Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage workload for multiple attorneys
