We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join our top-ranked litigation practice. This role is for a competent, collaborative, and eager-to-learn attorney who wants to handle sophisticated work with significant mentorship, as our medical malpractice group is incredibly busy and turning away work.

What will you be doing?

- Primarily handle medical malpractice defense matters, with opportunities in professional liability, employment, and commercial litigation.

- Take depositions and handle court appearances independently within your first couple of years.

- Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other trial materials.

- Manage client communication and progress to independent case ownership.

- Receive direct mentorship and training from a hands-on partner invested in your development.

Key Requirements

- 2-6 years of post-bar litigation experience.

- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

- Demonstrated experience taking depositions and handling litigation workflow independently.

- Strong legal writing and research skills (writing sample required).

- Must work full-time in the Greenville, SC office.
