Labor & Employment – Sr. Of Counsel / Of Counsel / Senior Associate

What we're looking for:

We need a seasoned Labor & Employment litigator with 6+ years of experience who can hit the ground running and independently manage a caseload from day one. You should be comfortable handling depositions, trials, arbitrations, and motion practice, with a strong track record in discrimination/harassment claims, wage/hour class actions, and EEOC/DFEH proceedings. Bonus points if you've built a portable book of business (required at the Senior Counsel level).

What you'll do:

- Independently manage a full Labor & Employment litigation caseload driven by a major new client win - Handle depositions, trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings before regulatory bodies - Defend and prosecute discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour class action matters in state and federal courts - Provide strategic employment law counseling to public entities and private clients on federal and state compliance - Draft and argue motions, respond to EEOC/DFEH charges, and manage discovery - Collaborate closely with partners and senior counsel across the Oakland and San Diego offices to deliver results on high-profile matters - Travel as needed for depositions, trials, and client meetings throughout California
