We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in California labor and employment law to join our growing Sacramento office. You'll work directly with private sector employer clients on high-stakes employment litigation and provide strategic advice on personnel matters at one of California's top boutique employment law firms.
What will you be doing?
- Providing advice and counsel to private sector employer clients on personnel matters
- Handling high-stakes employment litigation in court and arbitration
- Representing employers in administrative matters before state and federal agencies
- Working independently on significant matters while collaborating with a team
- Managing class/collective action lawsuits and single-plaintiff cases
Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience representing private sector employers in California labor and employment matters
- Juris Doctor with a strong academic record
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and assume significant responsibilities
