The full description
We are looking for an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our highly-regarded Insurance team. This is a full-lifecycle litigation role where you'll manage cases from start to finish, collaborating with some of the best attorneys in New Jersey.
**What will you be doing?** - Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. - Conduct and defend depositions. - Prepare for trials and make court appearances. - Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the broader team. - Provide strategic analysis and advice on insurance coverage matters.
**Key Requirements** - 3+ years of litigation experience. - Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. - Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload. - Insurance coverage experience is a strong plus.
