Infrastructure/Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Infrastructure & Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience at high-growth startups to own the entire infrastructure layer of an agentic integration platform from the ground up. This is the first infrastructure hire – you'll work directly with the CTO to build the runtime, agent infrastructure, observability pipeline, and self-hostable deployment that powers mission-critical integrations for enterprise customers. You'll set the technical patterns that every future infra engineer builds on, and you'll help recruit and eventually lead the team. This role demands someone who thrives in fast, ambiguous environments and ships to production constantly.

What you will be doing

- Owning the infra and platform layer end-to-end – building a "Vercel for integration runtime" with durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and self-healing capabilities

- Building and scaling the agent infrastructure that powers coding agents writing, testing, and deploying integration code in production

- Designing the observability layer that gives enterprise customers full visibility into their integrations and agents

- Architecting and shipping a single-tenant, self-hostable build of the platform so customers can run it inside their own cloud

- Helping hire and build out the infrastructure team – leveraging your network to bring in strong engineers and growing into a leadership role
