Head of Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships with 10+ years of experience to build and own X5 Labs' most critical external relationships across AI labs, foundation-model companies, cloud platforms, and enterprise software leaders. You are a senior, relationship-driven deal-structurer who thrives in executive-level rooms and can turn conversations into durable, non-standard strategic agreements. This is a blank-slate, builder-operator role working directly with the CEO to define how a category-defining company positions itself in the most important ecosystem in technology. You will shape the alliances that make X5 the default execution layer the largest players build with, not around.

What will you be doing?

- Building and owning executive-level relationships at the leading AI labs, foundation-model companies, major cloud platforms, and enterprise software leaders

- Developing a clear ecosystem map and prioritized target list, then sourcing, structuring, and closing non-standard strategic partnerships

- Representing X5 in senior rooms alongside the CEO, aligning incentives across multiple parties and negotiating complex deal terms

- Leveraging the founders' and investors' networks (Unit 8200 lineage, Boldstart, Vine) to open and deepen warm paths into priority strategics

- Defining the partnerships playbook from scratch — building a repeatable motion for how X5 shows up in the ecosystem and structures durable alliances
