Head of Projects

We are looking for a Head of Projects with 4+ years of experience in delivery operations to lead and scale project fulfillment at a fast-growing AI data and market research marketplace. You'll report directly to the CEO, oversee a team of 7+ project leads, and ensure dozens of concurrent projects are delivered on time while growing client accounts — all at a seed-stage company with $9M in funding and rapidly increasing demand.

**What will you be doing?** • Overseeing all active projects across human data and market research verticals, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met • Syncing daily with project leads to identify where to double down, hire, or reallocate resources across the portfolio • Designing and improving workflows for experts on the platform to reduce drop-off rates and improve their experience • Acting as a thought partner to clients on complex projects — scoping requirements, vetting experts, and structuring delivery • Driving account growth by ensuring high-quality fulfillment that expands client spending over time

**Key Requirements** • Experience in delivery operations, running multiple projects simultaneously with hard deadlines (human data / AI data experience strongly preferred) • Startup experience — must have worked in a pre-IPO or early-stage environment • Coach-player hybrid mindset — can lead strategically but willing to get hands-on when needed • Experience managing and scaling a team (currently ~7 reports, growing to 10+ by year-end) • Strong analytical skills to understand marketplace metrics, fulfillment rates, and expert drop-off data
