We are looking for a GTM Associate with 1-2 years of experience to build and run Specter's outbound engine alongside our founders. You'll be one of the first GTM hires at a profitable company working with 300+ of the best investment firms in the world. This is a rare opportunity to learn modern go-to-market from the ground up, craft personalized outreach to VC partners and PE investors, and have real impact from day one. If you're a sharp writer with a bias for action and a passion for the craft of selling, this is your launchpad.
What will you be doing?
- Run outbound campaigns end-to-end — prospecting, list building, outreach via email and LinkedIn, and qualifying leads
- Research and deeply understand buyers (VC partners, PE investors, fund analysts) to craft personalized outreach that actually gets responses
- Learn and operate modern GTM tools including Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with the founders on strategy, ICP refinement, and iterating on what's working
- Track, measure, and improve your metrics — constantly experimenting with new approaches to outbound
