Growth & Social Lead

We are looking for a Growth & Social Lead with 2+ years of experience to own audience growth at Nero — the monetization layer for interactive livestreaming. You'll be a high-agency, chronically online marketer who can scale our social presence and drive paying submitters onto the platform, working hand-in-hand with some of the biggest artists, athletes, and creators in the world.

What will you be doing?

- Growing Nero's audience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through organic content and social campaigns (including DM automations to convert commenters into submitters)

- Running end-to-end Meta ad and paid social campaigns to acquire new paying submitters

- Building and executing email campaigns to activate new users and re-engage past submitters

- Managing a team of part-time overseas video editors and graphic designers

- Designing and running growth experiments — promos, referral mechanics, UGC campaigns, or whatever it takes to grow the marketplace demand side

Key Requirements

- Proven experience growing social media accounts to a substantial size — must have a portfolio or online presence that demonstrates high taste in content

- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with measurable results

- High agency, founder mentality — can operate independently and execute without hand-holding

- Chronically online with a deep understanding of what makes content go viral

- Willing to work 50+ hour weeks and be in the SF office 2-4 days/week
