What you would be doing
- Own full-cycle sales for our artifact collection vertical — from taking over warm leads to closing deals with senior professionals (PE fund managers, independent consultants, biotech founders) who hold valuable historical documents.
- Drive pipeline conversion by following up on email opportunities, keeping leads warm, and pushing prospects through a comparatively short sales cycle with 10–15K average deal sizes.
- Build the sales playbook from the ground up — define qualification criteria, create sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, and develop partner-facing collateral that scales as the team grows.
- Run structured experiments on channels, messaging, pricing, and incentives, using data to figure out what works and what doesn't across multiple verticals (finance, legal, medical, scientific).
- Speak credibly to partners about data confidentiality, anonymization, and redaction processes — building trust with senior professionals who need assurance their materials are handled with discretion.
- Translate the playbook into new domains by mapping who holds high-value artifacts, understanding what they care about, and figuring out what it takes to get to yes in each new vertical.
- Feed supply-side insights back into research, ops, and product so the team collects data that actually improves frontier AI models.

What we're looking for:
We need someone with 2–4 years of experience in a commercial role (sales, business development, partnerships, or growth) who has a proven track record of closing deals and building pipeline in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable being the entire go-to-market function on day one — sourcing leads, running sales calls, and pushing deals through to close — while selling to senior decision-makers across finance, consulting, and life sciences. Bonus points if you've worked at a high-growth startup and are genuinely excited about AI.
