General Attorney Role

The Accident Guys is one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms, now expanding into multiple states. This is an open attorney pipeline — if you're working with a good plaintiff PI attorney in any of our markets, at any level, submit them here and we'll route them to the right seat.

Attorneys we're hiring:

- Litigation attorneys (1–9 years, sweet spot 2–6) managing high-volume caseloads from intake through resolution

- Pre-litigation attorneys ready to step into full litigation

- Intake attorneys — evaluating case viability and closing sign-ups

- Senior/managing attorneys to run a market end-to-end (case outcomes, team building, business development)

- Any others that could be a good fit!

What you'll do:

- Develop and execute litigation strategy against insurance carriers

- Conduct depositions, draft motions, and represent clients in court

- Work alongside case managers and paralegals to deliver white-glove, family-first service

- Own your outcomes — compensation includes performance-based component tied to results

- At senior levels, build and mentor your team and drive growth in your market

Key screening filters:

- Active bar license in the state of the role — hard filter, no exceptions

- Plaintiff PI experience preferred; civil litigation, public defense, malpractice, and defense-side insurance backgrounds convert well

- Customer service orientation — no arrogance or "shut my door" personalities

- Tech-savvy (fully paperless Apple/Mac ecosystem)

- Long-term mindset

- 5 days in-office, no hybrid/remote track

- Spanish fluency is a strong plus, required for intake roles
