Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join the founding engineering team building EvenOS — the operating system that runs autonomous CNC manufacturing factories. You'll be a high-agency builder who ships fast, takes feedback from real users on the shop floor, and owns entire systems end-to-end. This is an early-stage role where you'll build everything from scratch: inventory management, machine monitoring, quality systems, and robotic handling — all in service of replicating autonomous factories across the country for America's most critical defense supply chains.

What will you be doing?

- Building a factory ERP from scratch — inventory management, material tracking, and part flow throughout the facility

- Developing machine monitoring software that pulls low-latency data from CNC machines and pushes instructions back

- Building robust quality management systems to track and improve part quality at micron-level accuracy

- Working directly with machinists on the shop floor to gather feedback and rapidly iterate on software they use daily

- Architecting systems that are designed to be replicated across multiple factory sites nationwide
