What you would be doing
- Build core product experiences across the Judgment platform — agent investigation interfaces, eval workflows, trajectory debugging, verification, and replay systems
- Own problems end-to-end: talk to customers, understand where their agents fail, define what should exist, build it, and iterate until it works
- Ship across the full stack with a backend emphasis — APIs, data models, internal systems, and product surfaces
- Build the Judgment Agent and shape how it runs large-scale investigations across production traces
- Design and implement platform systems: workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer experiences
- Work directly with AI teams building production agents, understand their failures, and turn those into product decisions
