Founding Software Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer with 0-8 years of experience to join Tomex AI's founding team and help build AI systems that control enterprise spend at scale. You'll work alongside former early leaders at Zip ($2.2B procure-tech startup) to solve complex data problems for F500 customers: think dirty data, massive volume, and real bottom-line impact. This is not a flashy consumer AI play; it's a deeply technical, enterprise-grade challenge backed by $5M from 8VC and Jeff Lawson (Twilio founder). If you want to found a company in the future, this is the perfect training ground.

What will you be doing?

- Building and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end as a core member of the founding engineering team

- Solving hard data problems at scale: continuously verifying what enterprises have negotiated vs. what they've paid across massive volumes of dirty data

- Making strategic product and technical decisions that shape the company's direction from day one

- Working directly with enterprise customers (F500s in CPG, retail, healthcare) to understand their problems and deliver solutions

- Contributing to AI/LLM systems that drive millions in savings for the world's largest organizations
