What you would be doing
- Own an entire product area (sales & marketing suite or financial products) end-to-end — from customer discovery through shipping
- Talk directly to waste hauler customers to understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities
- Build functional prototypes and get products 90% of the way there using AI tools, with engineering stepping in for the final 10%
- Hold the product vision for your area while making practical tradeoffs daily
- Become the in-house domain expert on waste hauling workflows for your product surface
- Ship fast and iterate — no lengthy PRD cycles or handoff culture

We're looking for a mid-level PM with 3+ years of experience who is an AI-native builder — someone who talks to customers, builds prototypes using AI tools, and ships product without waiting for engineers to do it for them. You should be comfortable working with blue-collar operators (waste haulers, truck drivers, business owners) and thrive in a scrappy, early-stage environment. Bonus points if you've worked in logistics, field services, or vertical SaaS.
