The full description
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 1.5+ years of professional management consulting experience with a significant focus on commercial due diligence, at a brand-name firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) and ideally 1-2 years of direct experience as a private equity associate to work directly with the founders to build in the private equity space. This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team and directly influence product strategy and company culture, while being exposed to the entire lifecycle from sales processes to delivering value for customers.
What will you be doing?
- Partner directly with the founders to design and refine core AI Agent workflows.
- Lead customer engagements end-to-end and increasingly own client relationships.
- Operate from first principles with high autonomy.
- Contribute to product development and strategy, leveraging your client-facing insights.
- Engage in sales processes to drive new client acquisition and recurring engagements.
