Skills that matter here
What you would be doing
- Build the GTM playbook from zero — define ICP targeting, create the outbound motion, and establish the systems and processes that every future GTM hire will run on
- Own demand generation — run deeply researched, low-volume/high-curation outbound (think 10 hyper-targeted emails per week, not spray-and-pray), operate warm channels through advisors, investors, and industry relationships, and run conferences end-to-end
- Drive deal velocity — manage pilots, chase customer data, keep evaluation cadences on rails, own security questionnaires, procurement steps, vendor onboarding, and build closing collateral (proposals, decks, one-pagers)
- Build the operating system — architect GTM infrastructure using Attio, Claude Code, and AI tooling for account research, signal capture, and follow-up automation
- Own pipeline and revenue metrics — run the weekly pipeline review, track conversion and velocity, and build the GTM slide for the board deck
- Run the market-to-product feedback loop — capture objections, feature requests with business context, and competitor intelligence, feeding insights directly into the product team
What they are looking for
- 1–4 years of experience doing real things — ex-founder, founding AE at a seed-stage company, chief of staff, BizOps operator, or sharp MBA grad with hands-on startup experience
- You've built something from scratch — a playbook, a process, a company — rather than following or optimizing an existing one
- Comfortable with enterprise B2B sales motions (5–7 figure ACVs, 1–3 month sales cycles) in a finite, high-value market
- AI fluent — not just using AI tools, but understanding what the AI is doing and why, and able to describe and build processes around it
- Strong written communication that sounds human, and the presence to hold a conversation with a chief underwriting officer at a conference
- Thrives in a 5-days-in-office, high-intensity, founding-team culture — responsive on evenings and weekends, proactive without being asked

What we're looking for
We need a high-agency founding GTM generalist — not a traditional AE or SDR — to own and build ResiQuant's entire revenue engine from scratch, working directly with both co-founders. You should have experience at a pre-seed, seed, or early Series A startup (ideally YC, a16z, Pear VC-backed) as an ex-founder, founding AE, chief of staff, or BizOps operator, with a track record of owning outcomes end-to-end rather than following an existing playbook. Bonus points if you've done GTM engineering, have enterprise B2B experience with 5–7 figure ACVs, or come from a technical background.
What you'll do
- Build the GTM playbook from zero — define ICP targeting, create the outbound motion, and establish the systems and processes that every future GTM hire will run on
- Own demand generation — run deeply researched, low-volume/high-curation outbound (think 10 hyper-targeted emails per week, not spray-and-pray), operate warm channels through advisors, investors, and industry relationships, and run conferences end-to-end

- You've built something from scratch — a playbook, a process, a company — rather than following or optimizing an existing one

- Thrives in a 5-days-in-office, high-intensity, founding-team culture — responsive on evenings and weekends, proactive without being asked
You're not a fit if: your proudest GTM story is a high-volume sequence you optimized; you've only worked at Series B+ companies in defined roles; you need rigid work-life boundaries at this stage; or you've never owned a number that was yours alone.
