Founding Growth Lead

We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead with 2+ years of experience to be the first dedicated growth hire at Hobbes, a conversational demo agent company that just raised $6M and scaled to 100+ customers in under 60 days. You'll own top-of-funnel MQLs and build the engine that drives traffic to the site and into Hobbes-powered demos. This is a high-velocity, execution-heavy role for someone who can run experiments, write compelling copy, and operate autonomously at a seed-stage company. You'll work directly with the CEO to build the narrative, content pipelines, and distribution systems from scratch.

What will you be doing?

- Owning top-of-funnel MQL generation — content, paid acquisition, SEO, and organic social to drive qualified traffic to the site - Building and managing content engines and distribution loops across founder-led social, events, partnerships, and outbound - Running growth experiments with a quantitative, measured approach — A/B testing messaging, channels, and campaigns tied to pipeline outcomes - Writing core marketing assets yourself: homepage copy, landing pages, case studies, launch posts, and outbound angles - Coordinating with existing design teams and agencies while bringing a high bar for polish and design taste to all external-facing work
