What you would be doing

  • Own and scale Ajax's highest-converting channels: referrals, conferences, affiliate partnerships, and paid — managing agencies, allocating budget, and making kill/scale decisions based on ROI
  • Run the conference machine end-to-end: selecting high-ROI events, building target lists, managing booth ops and follow-up, and measuring every dollar spent
  • Build a systematic referral engine from what is currently organic word-of-mouth (40% of new deals) into a structured, rewards-based program
  • Run an AI-first content factory using Claude Code and Codex — bringing editorial taste, topic selection, and voice enforcement to produce copy that skeptical managing partners will actually read
  • Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence, podcast placements, newsletter features, and CLE panel appearances as measurable growth channels
  • Test and evaluate emerging channels (paid ChatGPT ads, AEO, LinkedIn paid content, influencer marketing) with small-dollar experiments and rapid iteration
  • Own the monthly channel scorecard with real attribution data and make decisive resource allocation recommendations

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 4-8 years of experience in B2B growth/demand-gen who has owned a pipeline number and can point to the meetings and dollars they moved. You should be comfortable working across multiple channels — paid, events, referrals, partnerships, content — and have a track record of building growth engines, not just running campaigns. Bonus points if you have experience marketing to professional services (legal, finance, consulting) or other skeptical, highly-educated buyer personas.

What you'll do:

- Own and scale Ajax's highest-converting channels: referrals, conferences, affiliate partnerships, and paid — managing agencies, allocating budget, and making kill/scale decisions based on ROI - Run the conference machine end-to-end: selecting high-ROI events, building target lists, managing booth ops and follow-up, and measuring every dollar spent - Build a systematic referral engine from what is currently organic word-of-mouth (40% of new deals) into a structured, rewards-based program - Run an AI-first content factory using Claude Code and Codex — bringing editorial taste, topic selection, and voice enforcement to produce copy that skeptical managing partners will actually read - Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence, podcast placements, newsletter features, and CLE panel appearances as measurable growth channels - Test and evaluate emerging channels (paid ChatGPT ads, AEO, LinkedIn paid content, influencer marketing) with small-dollar experiments and rapid iteration - Own the monthly channel scorecard with real attribution data and make decisive resource allocation recommendations
