Founding Growth

We are looking for a Founding Growth lead with 3+ years of experience to build Converge's entire marketing and pipeline generation function from zero. You'll be the second GTM hire at a YC and General Catalyst-backed AI growth platform already past $2.4M ARR, joining a 13-person team where your work has immediate, measurable impact. We're open to two archetypes: a high-intercept marketer who's already built pipeline at a best-in-class startup, or a high-slope ex-MBB consultant ready to figure it out fast. Either way, you'll own the pipeline number and have carte blanche to do whatever it takes to grow it.

What will you be doing?

- Building a content marketing engine from scratch — LinkedIn, Twitter, blog/SEO, and production-quality customer case studies

- Owning pipeline generated as your primary KPI, experimenting across partnerships, paid, organic, and channels not yet tried

- Setting up and nurturing agency partnerships with the right materials and regular updates

- Running whitelisted ads from customer accounts and boosting organic content that takes off with paid spend

- Driving GTM strategy with co-founders and laying the groundwork to lead a marketing team within a year
