Founding Deployment Strategist

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 2-6 years of experience to help enterprise customers succeed with Paradigm's AI-powered agent workspace. You'll take the operational load off the founding team, own customer onboarding and pilot success, and grow into full account ownership at a Y Combinator-backed startup building the future of AI-native productivity.

What will you be doing?

- Own onboarding, pilot tracking, and day-to-day customer success for enterprise accounts currently managed by the founding team

- Serve as first-line triage for customer questions — resolving issues and escalating intelligently so nothing slips

- Build repeatable playbooks and templates that turn bespoke customer motions into scalable processes

- Identify expansion opportunities within large enterprises and drive upsell conversations

- Grow into owning a full book of accounts end-to-end, including renewals and strategic relationship management

Key Requirements

- Client-facing experience in consulting (MBB preferred), deployed engineering, or account management at a high-growth tech company (e.g., Palantir, Clay, Ramp, Cognition)

- Technical aptitude — ability to deeply learn an AI product and explain it clearly to enterprise buyers; CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred

- Demonstrated interest in early-stage startups and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

- Excellent written and verbal communication with sophisticated enterprise customers

- Must work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco and be willing to travel
